Curing Oven

Paint Curing:
After prime or paint parts leave the paint booths traveling toward the 45 ft long dry oven. The travel time from the paint booth to the dry oven allows the parts 15 minutes flash time prior to entering the oven.

Curing Oven:
  • Natural Gas Convection Dry Oven
  • Operates Nominally at 130° ± 10 ° with 15% to 25% RH
  • Thermocouple controlled with a Honeywell temp controller
  • Dry time of the parts thru the oven is 15 minutes.
